If you receive any product in a damaged or defective condition, you are eligible for a replacement at no extra cost within 7 days of delivery.
- You may request an exchange for a product in a different size, color, or design. However, this is applicable only upon bringing the product with its invoice to our showroom.
- All exchanges are covered within the 30-Day Replacement Guarantee offered by us.
- All exchanges are subject to the availability of stock with us. You will receive a credit note if the product is out of stock.
- We do not offer cash refunds for any exchanges.
When is exchange/replacement NOT possible?
We do not accept requests for exchange or replacement under the following circumstances:
Request for exchange or replacement is placed outside the specified time frame.
- Request for exchange or replacement involves any products that have already been installed.
- Products with damage from use or in a different condition from when it was delivered.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Products that have been returned without original packaging or accessories.
Please note that defective products shall be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. e.g., Godrej, Parryware, Johnson, Grohe, Glen, Franke, etc. In such cases, customers are advised to contact the manufacturers directly through their respective TOLL-FREE numbers.
