At Kalanjiam Hardware, we strive to provide you with the best products and shopping experience. While we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that exceptional cases may arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact our Customer Service team for a suitable resolution.
Our primary goal is to replace the product to your satisfaction. However, if operational constraints prevent us from doing so, we will provide a full refund as required. Before using the product, please reach out to our Customer Service Team, who will guide you through the return process.
If you receive your order with tampered or meddled outer packaging, please capture a screenshot and share it with us.
To ensure fairness and provide you with the benefits of our Return Policy, we adhere to the following guidelines:
Every item being returned must be brand-new, unopened, and complete with all tags and packing.
We cannot accept products that show signs of being broken or tampered with by you.
When returning a product, please pack it safely and securely. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit. For example, if a complaint was raised for wrong product delivery and the item sent back gets damaged during transit, we may not be able to replace the original product.
Please note that products purchased during a sale or discount may not be eligible for exchange. Replacement or business is subject to product availability.
Return Procedure for Wrong Product:
To start the procedure for a refund or replacement if you get the incorrect goods from our end, please file a complaint within 72 hours after delivery.
Return Procedure for Defective/Damaged Seller Warranty Product:
The return process remains the same for defective or damaged seller warranty products. Within 48 hours of delivery, kindly file a complaint, including images of the harmed goods and packaging. The replacement will be shipped once our Customer Service team confirms the return.
Timelines for Replacement/Refund:
Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality check by our Replacement Verification team. The replacement process will be initiated within 5 business days after receipt of the product.
If a replacement is requested and the same product is available, it will be shipped to you at no extra cost. However, if the same product is no longer available, a refund will be arranged.
For refund requests, the processing time is 5-7 business days after our Replacement Verification team certifies the refund.
Payment Mode for Refund:
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for your order on Kalanjiam Hardware. If you paid online, the refund will be processed online. If you paid with Cash on Delivery, the refund will be issued via Demand Draft, which will be sent to the address provided during the return process.
Shipping Charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
If you ordered through Cash on Delivery and paid shipping charges, please note that only the product amount will be refunded. We don't reimburse you for the shipping costs you paid.
